As the world was hit by a pandemic and forced everyone to stay in their homes affecting each industry, one of the major industries that was affected was Education. Education institutes are using many third-party services to reach students and teach them virtually.

It becomes difficult for some institutes to manage the curriculums and deliver the exact teaching materials to students. Their learning model is different and hence they need a total custom-based solution to meet their requirements.

Bluetris came along with a school that wants to keep all their teaching material online, where the Teachers and Parents can access it. The aim of developing this web application is so that teachers can communicate with each other and share the resources as per the different year groups, topics, and activities.

The SaaS platform consists of several modules:

1. Real-time chat: Teachers can log in and can have different roles as managers, where they can create groups and chat with each other. The chat also includes sharing multi-media files.
2. Maintain Curriculum: Admin can upload the curriculums which are in the form of activities. Each activity is associated with different year groups and topics. Teachers can annotate any activity content accordingly.
3. Video Library: Teachers can have access to the video library. These are the videos uploaded by the school admin and teachers can view all the videos. Each video is associated with many different activities and documents.
4. Manager Login: A manager can create a new login for teachers and parents for its specific school. Each teacher will have access to his school and the admin can manage the access to year groups and content for each school.
