    By accessing or using Bluetris Technologies' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

    Bluetris Technologies provides software development, consulting, and technology services including but not limited to AI/ML development, cloud solutions, mobile and web development, DevOps services, and custom software solutions. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.

    3. User Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information
    • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
    • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
    • Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
    • Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

    4. Intellectual Property Rights

    Our Property

    All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Bluetris Technologies and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

    Client Property

    Ownership of deliverables created specifically for clients will be addressed in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified, upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom-developed materials.

    5. Payment Terms

    Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

    • Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise specified
    • Late payments may incur interest charges
    • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
    • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

    6. Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

    7. Warranties and Disclaimers

    We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

    We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluetris Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

    9. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bluetris Technologies, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

    10. Termination

    Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in individual contracts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

    11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Bluetris Technologies is registered. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

    12. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    13. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
